Managing Director 

With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, I have honed my skills across various sectors, including Power, Water, Environmental and Defence. My career has seen me work with SMEs and Blue-Chip organisations across the UK, delivering top talent and securing successful outcomes for jobseekers and employers.

I’ve had the privilege of working internally with Rolls-Royce Defence, as well as in the agency space. My approach is centred around building long-lasting relationships. 

Now, as the driving force behind Smart Search Technical, my mission is to establish the company as the go-to recruitment partner for engineering businesses.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me supporting Newcastle FC, playing in local dart tournaments or playing my favourite sport Golf.

Oliver Cole

Principal Consultant

With over a decade of experience in recruitment, Oliver Cole brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team. Having worked across multiple technical engineering sectors – including Plant, Civil, Agricultural, Power, Materials Handling, Lifting Equipment, Automotive and Fire & Security systems – Oliver possesses extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record of identifying top talent in highly specialised fields.

As a seasoned manager, Oliver has trained and mentored numerous recruiters, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.

Outside of recruitment, Oliver enjoys spending quality time with his family and their two French Bulldogs. He’s a film enthusiast and a devoted Pompey fan.

Georgia Seall

Recruitment Consultant

A results-driven professional with a background in retail management and healthcare coordination. Previously managed a retail business, leading staff recruitment and delivering exceptional customer service, and later worked as a Care Coordinator, gaining valuable experience in patient communication and administration. Now a Recruitment Consultant, committed to driving success in the HVAC, BMS, Building Services and Facilities Management Divisions through strong organisation, effective communication, and long-term client relationships.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family, taking long walks with my dog, and indulging in impulse buys at Homesense. Known for a love of a well-organised space and embracing a cleaning obsession with pride.
