£48,000 + £1,000 Sign-On Bonus**
A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced and driven Automation Engineer/Manager to take the lead as Industrial Door Divisional Manager. This is a diverse role in a growing business that’s been delivering excellence in Automation, Fire & Security for over 30 years.
The Role:
- Lead and grow the Industrial Door division alongside the Automation Divisional Manager
- Manage projects from quotation to completion
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Liaise with customers, carry out surveys, and oversee installation quality
- Office-based with occasional site visits
You’ll Need:
- Strong knowledge of the Industrial Door industry – products, legislation, and standards
- 5+ years of engineering experience (highly desirable)
- Experience with automatic doors, speed lanes, gates, barriers, or bollards is a big plus
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and clean security record
