Job Title: Stairlift Engineer
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Stairlift Engineer to join a growing team based in Uxbridge. This role involves the installation, servicing, and maintenance of stairlifts in both domestic and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a range of stairlift models and a strong focus on customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair straight and curved stairlifts
- Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics on-site
- Complete maintenance and safety checks in line with industry standards
- Provide excellent customer service and support during visits
- Maintain accurate job records and reporting
- Participate in an on-call rota, where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Stairlift Engineer or in a similar mobility equipment role
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
